Falcondev Tech LLC develops and maintains the App and processes data on behalf of Empatel. Empatel owns the operational data associated with work orders and technician activities.

2.1 Location Data (GPS)
The App collects precise geographic location (latitude and longitude) only when:
- A technician is installing or updating a network device on-site.
- The user performs an action that requires capturing the installation location.
Purpose: To confirm installation site accuracy, record service location, and update work order information.
The App does not track location in the background. Location is only captured during a direct user action.
2.2 Camera
The App uses the device camera to:
- Scan QR codes or barcodes on network devices
- Capture the serial number and model information automatically
Purpose: To simplify data entry and reduce errors when registering installed equipment.
The App does not store or transmit any photos. Only the extracted serial number or code is submitted.
3. How We Use the Information
Data collected by the App is used for:
- Managing and completing work orders
- Identifying installed ONTs or network devices
- Updating installation records in the backend system
- Ensuring service accuracy and operational efficiency
No data is used for advertising, analytics, profiling, or marketing.
4. Data Sharing
Data is shared only with:
- Empatel, the client company that owns and manages the work-order system
- Backend systems controlled by Empatel for the purpose of completing work operations
We do not share, sell, or disclose data to third parties for marketing or unrelated purposes.
Falcondev Tech LLC may access technical data only when needed for: app maintenance, debugging, and support requested by Empatel.
5. Data Storage and Security
- All transmitted data uses secure encrypted connections (HTTPS).
- Data is stored on secure servers managed by or for Empatel.
- Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
Falcondev Tech LLC follows industry-standard practices to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.
6. Permissions Explained
The App requests the minimum permissions needed for its functionality:
- Location (GPS) — Capture installation location for network device deployment
- Camera — Scan the device serial number for quick and accurate registration
No other sensitive permissions are requested.
7. Children’s Privacy
This App is intended solely for adult professional technicians (18+). It is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect data from users under 18.
8. User Control and Access
Technicians may request that Empatel SAPEM:
- Access their data
- Correct or update incorrect information
- Remove data when permissible under operational rules
Requests should be directed to the client company (Empatel), which is the data controller.
9. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted at the same URL and marked with a new “Last updated” date.
